Coret is Tarragona

White wine, fermented in 500-liter French oak (Alier) and Acacia barrels and batonage with the fine lees for three months to give the wine greater volume and complexity, but at the same time preserve the exuberance of the variety's fruit and floral aromas.

  • 100% White Grenache
  • Pre-fermentative cold maceration with the whole grapes at 3ºC for two days. Subsequently, destemming and brining with the skins for three more days also at 3ºC. Then the grapes are pressed and put into barrels, and when it reaches 15ºC, fermentation begins.
  • All fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.
  • Aging for three months, and natural cold stabilization in a cold room at 0 ºC where the wine remains until bottling.
  • Coret is a wine for immediate consumption, although due to its volume and structure it can evolve positively in the bottle over the next 5 years.

Approximate production: 2.500 bottles.
